Madison Council is a diverse group of young professionals committed to advancing the mission of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. A major way the group supports Madison is through various fundraising events each year, in which they champion Madison’s mission in both, their personal & professional networks.

Ahtis Davis-Cloyd joined TIAA as the Head of Culture in 2023. She sets the enterprise approach and strategy to drive culture within the organization and the communities in which TIAA operates. Ahtis leverages her global leadership experience to develop and execute programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring TIAA remains an employer of choice.
Prior to joining TIAA, Ahtis has built a 25+ year career in financial services at JPMorgan Chase in the Corporate Investment Bank in New York and London where she led complex institutional client and business transformation initiatives and at Wells Fargo & Co leading diverse customer strategies in the Consumer and Small Business Bank.
Ahtis is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a double minor in Business and Spanish. She enjoys raising her two children, traveling, and investing, and she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Jack and Jill of America, Inc., and The Links, Inc.

Aamena Khan is a Partner at PwC. Aamena has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and consulting experience in strategic human capital and change management in NA, Europe and ME. She has worked directly with more than 20 CEOs in aviation/aerospace, technology, media, logistics, and higher education, advising them on operating model, organizational design, back-office functional optimization, change management and human capital issues.
Aamena is a proud holder of the degree of MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and specializes in Human capital strategy, change management, post-M&A integration, employee engagement, organizational design, leadership development, succession planning, workforce nationalization, global executive recruitment, performance management, and internal communications/stakeholder management.

Kate Pilcher Ciafone is a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Moelis & Company where she is responsible for the Firm’s global strategy and operations. She previously served as the Firm’s Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking where she led business management and other corporate functions. Kate has over 20 years of experience in the investment banking industry both as a banker and as an operating executive.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Kate worked in the office of the CEO and President at UBS Investment Bank where she helped analyze growth opportunities and develop strategy for the firm. She began her career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS where she advised clients on mergers and acquisitions and raising equity and debt financing.
In both 2025 and 2026, Kate was named to Barron’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance, which recognizes top leaders who have made a significant impact in the financial industry. She serves on the Board of Directors of MA Financial Group Limited (ASX: MAF) and the Board of Madison Square Boys & Girls Club. Kate was also a David Rockefeller Fellow through the Partnership for New York City. She holds a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
